Mushroom & Mixed Vegetable Stroganoff (v/gf)
A traditional Russian dish consisting of button mushrooms, courgettes, peppers & squash slow-cooked in a rich and creamy broth.
Serving Guidelines: Reheat in a thick bottomed pan, pop on stovetop and heat on a medium heat until you see it start to simmer around the sides slightly. Serve with rice and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and black pepper.
Defrost fully before reheating.
