Serving Guidelines: It is essential not to lose the integrity of the chicken so allow around 20 minutes for this process. Using an oven-friendly pan, place on a low heat until you see it start to simmer around the sides slightly. Using a spoon or spatula, gently fold the dish into itself from the outside of the pan inwards and then leave to simmer for a few minutes. Fold again, place a lid on and put in the oven for 15 minutes at 190c.
Defrost fully before reheating.
