Free-range British chicken thighs cooked on-the-bone for a full flavour, marinated in lemon, onion and special spices. Served with rice and peas. Gluten free and halal. Allergens: suphates, nuts.
Defrost fully before reheating.
Place in an oven-proof dish, rice on the bottom and the chicken above with a couple of table spoonful of water to help if from drying out, cover with foil and cook in the oven for 20 minutes in the oven at 220c.
