Advice from Steen on how to reheat Chicken Chasseur
Chicken thighs, slow cooked in a rich thyme and white wine sauce with loads of fresh herbs for a delicious rich taste. It is essential to not loose the integrity of the chicken so allow around 20 minutes for this process. Reheat in a thick bottomed pan with a couple of tablespoons of milk. Pop on stovetop and heat on a low-medium heat until you see it start to simmer around the sides slightly. Using a spoon or spatula fold the dish into itself from the outside, being very gentle as not to break the flesh. When you have done this leave on the stove a couple more minutes. Fold again, pop a lid on and put in the oven for 15 minutes on 190.c
